The Rams activated Howard (hamstring) off their injured reserve Tuesday.
Howard has been on the Rams' injured reserve since early November, but he is now back with the team's active roster. The linebacker has mostly played special teams this season, so this activation likely won't have much of an impact on the Rams' defense.
