Howard re-signed with the Rams on Tuesday.
Howard was waived by the Rams last Thursday, but was quickly brought back on board. The seventh-round selection in the 2018 Draft competed in 12 contests for the Rams last season, recording 21 tackles, three passes defensed and an interception. If he can stick with the team, he should provide depth at linebacker next season.
