Smith (hip) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Bears.

Smith closed the week with two limited practices, but that won't be enough for him to suit up in Week 11. His absence will leave the Ravens shorthanded in the secondary, as they are also without Anthony Averett (thigh).
