Saints' Chase Young: Sidelined to begin week

Young (illness) did not practice Wednesday.

Young has played in the last two Saints' games, his only two contests of the season. There's no indication the illness will threaten his availability for Sunday's matchup against Tampa Bay, but his progress throughout the week will be worth monitoring.
