Ingram (knee) made a brief appearance at the open portion of Wednesday's practice but then left the field, Amie Just of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Meanwhile, backfield mate Alvin Kamara, who also is nursing a knee injury, appears to have sat out practice entirely. The Saints may be left with Tony Jones and special-teams standout Dwayne Washington as the healthy backfield options for Thursday's game against the Bills, though they haven't yet shut the door on either Kamara or Ingram suiting up.
