Vaughns was signed to the Steelers' practice squad Friday.
Vaughns had spent the entire 2021 season on Pittsburgh's practice squad but was cut Wednesday. However, he's now back with the team but isn't likely to be promoted to the active roster without a significant number of injuries ahead of him on the depth chart.
