Yasir Durant: Let go by Patriots

The Patriots waived Durant (undisclosed) with an injury designation Wednesday.

Durant signed with the team in June after having spent this past spring playing with the UFL's DC Defenders and will now head to waivers. Should the 27-year-old end up going unclaimed, he will likely revert to New England's injured reserve.
