  • Rams' Terrance Ferguson: Won't return in Week 8

Ferguson (ankle) won't return to practice this week, Greg Beacham of the Associated Press reports.

Coach Sean McVay revealed that Ferguson's practice window to return from injured reserve won't open during Week 8 prep. Ferguson has missed the minimum four games while on IR due to an ankle sprain, and for as long as he's sidelined, the Rams will continue to roll with Tyler Higbee, Colby Parkinson and Davis Allen at tight end.

  • Jeremiyah Love RB | ARI

Cardinals' Jeremiyah Love: Will be limited Wednesday

Head coach Mike LaFleur said Love (ankle) will practice in a limited fashion Wednesday, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.

This doesn't come as a surprise, as LaFleur told Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic on Monday that Love was slated to practice Wednesday. Now that Love's activity level is known, he'll have two more chances to get back to full this week before the Cardinals potentially make a ruling on his status ahead of Sunday's game at Dallas. Love has missed the last two games due to a lingering ankle injury, which has allowed Tyler Allgeier and Bam Knight to split the backfield reps during that span.

  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Broncos' Jaylen Waddle: Spotted at practice Wednesday

Waddle (chest) was present for Wednesday's practice, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

The extent of Waddle's participation has yet to be revealed, but it's encouraging that he was with the team for Wednesday's session. Waddle is dealing with a chest injury that had him reported as uncertain to play this week as of early Wednesday. Things seem to be trending in the right direction, but Friday's injury report will give the firm answer on Waddle's status going into the big game against the Chiefs.

  • Davante Adams WR | LAR

Rams' Davante Adams: Undergoes hamstring surgery

Head coach Sean McVay said Wednesday that Adams had successful surgery on his left hamstring, and the Rams are hopeful that the wide receiver will be able to return on the early side of his 6-to-10-week recovery timetable, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Adams tweaked his hamstring on the Rams' final offensive possession of a Week 6 loss to the Cardinals on Oct. 18, and McVay revealed one day later that the wide receiver had a rupture of the hamstring and required surgery, with the aim to return "a little after" the Rams' Week 11 bye. L.A. seems to be targeting a Week 12 matchup with the Packers on Wednesday, Nov. 25, which is a shade more than six weeks from the initial injury. In any case, Konata Mumpfield, Jordan Whittington and Tutu Atwell will continue to earn the WR reps behind top option Puka Nacua.

  • Dolphins' Malik Washington: Limited to begin week

Washington was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Washington is managing an injury as the Dolphins prepare for a matchup Sunday versus the Patriots, but his ability to practice in some fashion to begin Week 8 is at least a good sign. His availability is key for the Dolphins, as he's one of the most relied-upon pass catchers in the league with a 26.2 percent target share through six games.

  • Myles Garrett LB | LAR

Rams' Myles Garrett: Won't return in Week 8

Head coach Sean McVay said Wednesday that the Rams won't open Garrett's (knee) practice window this week, Greg Beacham of the Associated Press reports.

Garrett underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee after Week 1 and has been on injured reserve in the meantime. Following McVay's comments, Garrett will miss Sunday's contest against the Chargers, which will mark his seventh consecutive absence. Garrett's next chance to suit up is Sunday, Nov. 8, at Washington.

  • Jaylen Wright RB | MIA

Dolphins' Jaylen Wright: Opens week with full practice

Wright (quadriceps/foot) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Wright exited Sunday's 28-25 win over the Jets late in the fourth quarter on account of the quad issue, but his availability for this weekend's game against the Patriots doesn't look to be in any peril. Since returning to action Week 4 against the Vikings following a one-game absence, Wright has been a clear second fiddle to Ollie Gordon out of the Miami backfield. In his last three appearances, Wright hasn't recorded any receptions and has logged no more than six carries in any contest.

  • Greg Dulcich TE | MIA

Dolphins' Greg Dulcich: Reps capped in Wednesday's practice

Dulcich was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to an ankle injury, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Dulcich is making his first appearance of the season on Miami's injury report, but as long as he's able to practice fully by the end of the week, he should be ready to suit up Sunday against the Patriots. The fifth-year tight end turned in his best game of the season in the Dolphins' 28-25 win over the Jets in Week 7, recording five catches for 86 yards on five targets.

  • Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Sits out Wednesday's practice

St. Brown (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday.

St. Brown logged a typical 78 percent snap share during this past Sunday's win against the Packers, reeling off nine catches for 153 yards on 11 targets in the process. On Monday, head coach Dan Campbell told Richard Silva of The Detroit News that St. Brown tweaked his ankle in that contest but should practice by Thursday. As a result, St. Brown's absence Wednesday doesn't come as a surprise, and he should mix into drills in some capacity Thursday.

  • Jahmyr Gibbs RB | DET

Lions' Jahmyr Gibbs: Held out due to shoulder injury

Gibbs (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday.

Several Lions stars did not practice Wednesday, but Gibbs' absence stood out because his shoulder issue had not been reported previously. Gibbs' practice participation now becomes a significant item for fantasy managers to monitor as the week progresses. The Lions head to Minnesota to face the Vikings on Sunday.
