Bortuzzo (upper body) will be available if needed for Wednesday's game against the Sabres, reports Tom Timmermann of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Bortuzzo, who has been sidelined since Nov. 8 and remains on injured reserve, could be reinstated before the matchup in Buffalo on Wednesday. Bortuzzo has yet to register a point on three shots in six appearances this season.
