Hurricanes' Andrei Svechnikov: Pockets power-play assist

Svechnikov recorded a power-play assist and four hits in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Svechnikov earned the secondary helper on Sebastian Aho's first-period marker. It's been a playmaker's month in November for Svechnikov, who has seven assists (four on the power play) in his last six games. The Russian winger is up to 18 points, 45 shots on net, 26 hits and a plus-9 rating in 14 games. He's worked in a top-six role this year, and it appears the second overall pick from 2018 could push for career-best production.
