Andreoff was recalled from AHL Bridgeport on Thursday.
Andreoff was waived by the Islanders before the start of the regular season and had 20 goals and 38 points in 46 games with AHL Bridgeport before his recall. Andreoff has played 185 NHL games in his career, scoring 14 goals and adding 12 assists with 225 PIM.
