Maple Leafs' Connor Dewar: Moves to LTIR

Dewar (shoulder) was placed on long-term injured reserve Wednesday, PuckPedia reports.

Dewar was placed on injured reserve Monday while he continues to recover from offseason shoulder surgery, and he'll be unavailable for several weeks to begin the regular season after being transferred to long-term injured reserve. The 25-year-old skated with his teammates last week, but it's not yet clear when he'll be in the mix to return to game action.
