Maple Leafs' Ilya Mikheyev: First three-point game in NHL

Mikheyev had a goal and two assists in a 7-3 win over Winnipeg on Thursday.

It was his first three-point game in the NHL. Mikheyev scored his goal shorthanded on a breakaway in the second period. And his assists were his first in March, a span of 14 games. However, Mikheyev has impressed of late with five goals and two assists in his last eight games. Two of those five snipes have been shorties.
