Penguins' Frederick Gaudreau: Dropped to taxi squad

Gaudreau was demoted to the taxi squad Friday, CapFriendly reports.

Gaudreau has been in Pittsburgh's lineup for the last five games and is riding a two-game point streak. Unless the Penguins get some injured forwards back, he should be recalled for Saturday's game against the Islanders.
