Red Wings' Sebastian Cossa: Demoted Thursday

Cossa was reassigned to AHL Grand Rapids on Thursday.

Cossa will miss out on the NHL roster, but he should be called up if John Gibson or Cam Talbot become available at any point in 2025-26. The 22-year-old Cossa will look to continue his development at the AHL level as he positions himself for a full-time NHL gig in the coming years.
