Eichel is currently undergoing further evaluation for a neck-related injury, John Vogl of The Athletic reports.
Eichel's already been ruled out of Buffalo's next three games at a minimum, but it sounds like he could be facing an even longer absence. Another update on the star center's status should surface in the coming days.
