Driver David Ragan will replace the injured Kyle Busch in the No. 18 car starting this weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway and will continue for the next few weeks, Joe Gibbs racing announced Tuesday.

Ragan drove in his No. 34 car in the Daytona 500 last Sunday and finished 17th. Ragan has won two races in his NASCAR career with the last coming in 2013 at Talladega.

"We appreciate being able to work with Front Row Motorsports and CSX for David’s (Ragan) availability," said Owner Joe Gibbs. "We are fortunate to be able to have someone of David’s caliber behind the wheel while Kyle recovers."

Busch suffered a broken leg in last Saturday's Xfinity race when his car went head on to a wall.

Erik Jones will replace Busch in the Xfinity series races as well.
