Anibal Sanchez suffers pectoral injury Friday

Tigers pitcher Anibal Sanchez was removed from Friday's start against the Blue Jays with a right pectoral muscle strain, the team announced.

Sanchez gave up four runs (three earned) on 10 hits and one walk in 4 2/3 innings while striking out three before exiting in the fifth. He will be evaluated tomorrow to determine his status moving forward. Sanchez owns a 3.46 ERA and 102:30 K:BB ratio in 125 innings.
