A day after expressing displeasure at the pace of the recovery of Twins outfielder Aaron Hicks, general manager Terry Ryan has reversed course. He told ESPN that an MRI on the strained right forearm showed "favorable" results.

Hicks, who is on the disabled list, has been sidelined since June 13. It's hoped he can return upon his eligibility to come off the DL.
