Phillies outline post-break rotation plans

Phillies starting pitcher A.J. Burnett will be on the hill in the team's second-half opener Friday against the Braves, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. He will be followed by Cole Hamels and Kyle Kendrick in the three-game series at Atlanta.

Cliff Lee (elbow) will then be activated off the 60-day disabled list to open a series vs. San Francisco July 21. He will be followed by Roberto Hernandez before the rotation resets.
