Robbie Ross to pitch in long relief role

Rangers pitcher Robbie Ross will move to a long relief role in order to work on his problems against left-handers, the Dallas Morning News reports. Left-handers have hit .338/.416/.559 in 68 at-bats against Ross.

Ross has pitched at least two full innings just twice this season, with the last such occurrence coming on May 17.
