MLB.com reports Cardinals reliever Marc Rzepczynski is dealing with some biceps soreness and will not pitch for a few days. The left-hander played catch from 120 feet on Monday and expects to return to the mound soon. "I threw out my mechanics a little bit the other day, which forced me to work more," Rzepczynski said. "How I explain it is: Think about going to the gym and all you do is [work out your] arms. Then, the next day you feel sore. I get that every once and a while when I pitch."
