Marlins starter Tom Koehler lasted just four innings in Wednesday's start against the Twins.

Miami came back to tie and eventually take the lead by the sixth inning, but Koehler allowed three runs on four hits and four walks over the first four frames and was lifted for reliever Kevin Slowey. Koehler struggled to throw strikes and he couldn't miss bats when he did hit the strike zone -- he induced just two swinging strikes in 85 pitches. Koehler's ERA rose to 4.78.
