The Orioles have tabbed Wei-Yin Chen in the No. 2 slot of the rotation, putting him on track to face the Rays Wednesday in the Orioles' second game of the season. Chen enjoyed a successful first season in the majors in 2012, winning 12 games while posting a 4.02 ERA and 1.26 WHIP, but has suffered through a rocky spring performance. His opponent on the mound has yet to be officially announced.
