Paul George jammed index finger in opener

Pacers guard Paul George jammed his right index finger during Tuesday's opening night win over the Magic, according to the team's official website.

George finished with a game-high 24 points, six rebounds and five assists. He also chipped in with three blocked shots and a steal while logging 36 minutes of game action. He is expected to play Wednesday against the Pelicans.

"I won’t allow it to affect me tomorrow," George said. "It’s a little swollen but nothing a little ice can’t fix"
