Yanyuhang Ding: Has not played this season
Ding (knee) still has not played for the Legends this season.
Ding allegedly underwent knee surgery in December according to the China Global Television Network's official website, and is expected to be rehabbing the injury until the end of February, at minimum. Ding hasn't even been listed on the Legends game logs since the end of November which would seem to suggest he's not close to returning this season.

Yanyuhang Ding: Still hasn't played for Legends
Ding (knee) has still yet to play for the Texas Legends.
Ding's left knee injury prevented the 6-7 guard from playing any Summer League ball, and the issue has now continued through 11 games of the G League season. When the Chinese talent will return to the court is anyone's guess. By staying within the Mavericks organization, they can provide Ding with all of the organization's medical resources and, hopefully, treat his left knee with the best possible care.

Yanyuhang was waived by the Mavericks on Sunday, Bobby Karalla of the Mavericks' official site reports.
It was a surprising move by the Mavericks once again, as the team just recently signed Yanyuhang on Friday after waiving him earlier in the week. As reported earlier, the Chinese native will likely end up playing for Dallas' G League team.

Yanyuhang was signed by the Mavericks on Friday, Bobby Karalla of the Mavericks' official site reports.
In a curious move, the Mavs have brought back Yanyuhang after waiving him two days prior. He's expected to eventually be waived and play for the G-League's Texas Legends.

Ding Yanyuhang: Waived by Mavericks
Yanyuhang was waived by the Mavericks on Wednesday, Bobby Karalla of Mavs.com reports.
Yanyuhang joined the Mavericks for training camp, but didn't get much action during the preseason and logged just under nine minutes in one game. A knee injury contributed to that lack of court time and he'll now be waived after failing to impress the organization. Look for Yanyuhang to start the season off in the G-League or overseas if he finds a more lucrative offer.

Mavericks' Ding Yanyuhang: Doubtful for China games
Yanyuhang (knee) is expected to be out for the Mavericks next two preseason games against the 76ers, which both take place in China, Tim MacMahon of ESPN.com reports.
Yanyuhang has yet to practice with the Mavericks this fall due to knee tendinitis. Assuming he's out for both games in China, his next chance to take the floor would be Oct. 12 against Charlotte.

Yanyuhang is out for Saturday's preseason opener against Beijing due to a knee injury, Dwain Price of the Mavericks' official site reports.
It's not clear when Yanyuhang picked up the injury, but there's no indication it's serious. Still, it's causing him enough discomfort to delay his preseason debut for the team.
