  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Back to bench

Toscano-Anderson will come off the bench Tuesday against the Clippers, Kendra Andrews of reports.

Toscano-Anderson heads back to his usual bench role with the Warriors' regulars available. He doesn't have a consistent workload, so he's an extremely risky fantasy option, even in deep leagues.

  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Dealing with non-COVID illness

Toscano-Anderson is questionable for Monday's contest against the Nuggets due to a non-COVID illness.

Toscano-Anderson and Otto Porter (illness) were both late additions to the injury report Monday. The Warriors have already ruled Stephen Curry, Andrew Wiggins and Klay Thompson out due to rest, so Golden State is in jeopardy of being extremely shorthanded against Denver.

  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Cleared to play

Toscano-Anderson (illness) will be available to play Monday against Denver, Kendra Andrews of reports.

Toscano-Anderson's status was up in the air leading up to tipoff due to a non-COVID illness, but he's evidently feeling well enough to run the floor and will draw the start, per Anthony Slater of The Athletic. He's averaging 2.8 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists over his last five games.

  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Loses in final round Saturday

Toscano-Anderson lost in the final round of the Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday.

Toscano-Anderson ended with the second-highest score in the opening round, but he couldn't top Obi Toppin in the final round after not converting one of his dunk attempts down the stretch. Anderson registered a score of 30 on his second dunk after failing to convert three times on a dunk attempt that included throwing the ball from behind the basket. Overall, it was a sloppy dunk contest marred by frequent misses and an overall underwhelming cast of participants.

  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Posts solid scoring Wednesday

Toscano-Anderson recorded 11 points (4-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt), one rebound and two assists across 19 minutes during Wednesday's 111-85 loss to the Jazz.

Toscano-Anderson saw the fewest minutes of all Warriors reserves in the big loss, but he still managed to put up 11 points. The scoring output was his highest since tallying 13 points against San Antonio on Dec. 4. Toscano-Anderson averaged only 11.8 minutes per game in January, but he hasn't played less than 19 minutes in any of his three February contests. Still, he isn't producing enough to be on the fantasy radar.

  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Starting Tuesday

Toscano-Anderson will start Tuesday's matchup against the Spurs, Kendra Andrews of reports.

The extremely shorthanded Warriors will deploy Toscano-Anderson at power forward. In the six games that he's seen at least 24 minutes, he's averaged 10.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.3 assists.

  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Solid across-the-board line

Toscano-Anderson put up 10 points (4-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-3 FT), two assists, two steals, one rebound and one block in 21 minutes Monday in the Warriors' 122-108 win over the Rockets.

Toscano-Anderson finished in double figures in the scoring column for the first time since Dec. 28, but the production in the two defensive categories is where he delivered most of his value on the night. The 28-year-old has been a fringe member of head coach Steve Kerr's rotation since the start of January, but he's managed to pick up minutes in 13 consecutive contests. With eight Warriors players -- including four regular starters -- set to miss Tuesday's game in San Antonio due to rest or injuries, Toscano-Anderson should have a good chance at clearing 20 minutes for the second straight contest.

  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Given the reigns in crunch time

Toscano-Anderson logged five points (2-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist and two steals over 15 minutes during Thursday's 121-117 overtime loss to the Pacers.

Toscano-Anderson had open shots to win the game in regulation, as well as to tie it in overtime -- both of which were off the mark. He likely would not have been on the floor if Draymond green (calf) were healthy. Toscano-Anderson is a solid defender but a net-negative offensively during his time on the floor. The 28-year-old carries little fantasy relevance.

  • Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Starts, plays seven minutes

Toscano-Anderson racked up two rebounds over seven minutes during Tuesday's 116-108 loss to Memphis.

Toscano-Anderson got the start in place of Draymond Green (calf), but coach Steve Kerr quickly went away from the Marquette product in favor of Otto Porter (28 minutes), Andre Iguodala (21) and even Nemanja Bjelica (12). Night-to-night, Toscano-Anderson's workload can vary, so he's not much of a consideration in most fantasy formats.
