Bills cornerback Stephon Gilmore suffered a concussion in Sunday's Week 16 matchup against the Raiders and will not return, the team announced.
Gilmore suffered the injury in the third quarter and immediately headed back to the locker room. He recorded one tackle before exiting the game to be evaluated.
