The Browns have agreed to terms with Tyler Thigpen on a contract, according to league sources, and also with former first-round pick Vince Young.

Thigpen had a strong minicamp on a tryout basis and his athleticism is a fit in coordinator Kyle Shanahan's system. Team sources said he out-performed Young, who was also trying out, though the Browns opted to sign Young as well.
Brian Hoyer had a strong camp, is ahead of schedule in his rehab and is the starter. The Browns are expected to draft a quarterback in the first round, but league sources expect it to be pick 26 and not at fourth overall.
