Since Andrew Luck entered the NFL in 2012, people have been labeling him as a player who has "deceptive" speed.

Take the Baltimore Ravens for instance. After Luck ran for a big gain against Baltimore during a playoff game in his rookie year, the Ravens Twitter account used that exact description of Luck's speed.

One person who definitely doesn't agree with this description is Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro.

During an interview this week, Vaccaro was asked his thoughts on Luck's "deceptive" speed.

"Not deceptive. Just because he's white doesn't mean he's deceptive. He's actually a great athlete," Vaccaro said, via ESPN.com.

The Saints safety is right. There's nothing deceptive about Luck's speed; it's on film and he shows it off all the time. The Colts quarterback even ran a 4.69 40-yard dash at the 2012 NFL Combine.

"He has all the tools that you ask for as a quarterback," Vaccaro said. "Smart, big arm talent, can go through all his reads and he can run. So not deceptive, he's actually athletic."

Luck and his non-deceptive speed are averaging 25 yards per game on the ground this season, a number that's only topped by five quarterbacks: Russell Wilson, Colin Kaepernick, Tyrod Taylor, Cam Newton and Aaron Rodgers.
