Chiefs' Sheldon Price: Signs future deal with Chiefs
Price signed a reserve/future deal with the Chiefs on Wednesday, per the NFL Media Site's official transaction log.
Price started the season as a depth cornerback and special teams player with the Ravens, but a preseason concussion led to him being placed on injured reserve, and ultimately released once healthy in October. The 26-year-old was active for six games with the Colts and Ravens since going undrafted in 2013, recording one tackle.

Sheldon Price: Let go by Baltimore
The Ravens released Price (concussion) on Thursday.
Price was placed on injured reserve shortly after being inactive for the season-opening win over the Browns, so he presumably received some sort of injury settlement from the Ravens as part of his release. Assuming he's able to pass a physical once he's no longer experiencing concussion symptoms, Price will be eligible to sign with any team.

With Shareece Wright (back) a late scratch, Price got the first start of his career in Sunday's loss to Washington. If Wright were to miss more time, Tavon Young or Jerraud Powers would be the top candidates to join the starting lineup. Price doesn't seem like a strong candidate to be Baltimore's one player to return from injured reserve.
