Whitlock (foot) has been suspended 10 games for a violation of the NFL's policy on performance enhancing substances.
Currently on injured reserve due to a mid-foot sprain, the fullback will serve the suspension whenever he receives a clean bill of health.

Whitlock injured his foot in the Giants preseason clash with the Jets on Saturday. He needed to be carted off the field and was seen on crutches afterwords. However, it's unclear whether he'll require surgery at this point in time.

Whitlock was carted off the field on Saturday and seen witch crutches after the game, but the team didn't get specific when describing the fullback's injury, leaving him without a return timetable at this point.
