Price (lower leg) was waived off the Panthers' injured reserve with an injury settlement Wednesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Price landed on IR on Aug. 19, less than a week after suffering the lower-leg injury. The 25-year-old can sign with another team once healthy.

Price (lower leg) was placed on injured reserve Monday, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Price suffered the injury at practice Wednesday and was unable to play in Friday's preseason contest. The 24-year-old will miss the entirety of the season unless he reaches an injury settlement with the team.
