  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Logs three carries versus 49ers

Hasty was on the field for 10 of the Patriots' 64 snaps on offense in Sunday's 30-13 loss to the 49ers, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. The 10 snaps were a season high for Hasty, who logged three carries for 15 yards and failed to catch his only target. He's still behind Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson in New England's backfield pecking order, but he has provided some special-teams value with 75 kickoff return yards through four games, including 30 on his lone return in Week 4.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: One carry Sunday

Hasty was on the field for three of the Patriots' 68 snaps on offense in Sunday's 23-20 overtime loss to the Seahawks. Hasty, who also logged 10 special-teams snaps, carried once for two yards in the contest. He's off the fantasy radar as long as Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson remain healthy.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Suiting up Sunday

Hasty (knee) is active for Sunday's contest versus Seattle. Hasty was questionable heading into the weekend after being limited in practice both Thursday and Friday due to a knee issue. However, he's been cleared to play Sunday against the Seahawks. Hasty worked exclusively on special teams Week 1 against Cincinnati and may be relegated to the same role Week 2.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: May miss Week 2

Hasty (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Seahawks, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. Hasty popped up on Thursday's injury report as a limited practice participant, and after logging another limited session Friday, his Week 2 availability is in jeopardy. If Hasty is unable to suit up Sunday, the Patriots' could sign or elevate another running back to their active roster to ensure depth at that position.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Dealing with knee issue

Hasty (knee) was limited during Thursday's practice. Hasty and safety Kyle Dugger (ankle) were new additions to the Patriots' injury report Thursday. Hasty's participation in Friday's practice will indicate his status for Sunday's contest against Seattle. The 28-year-old running back returned one kick for 27 yards and played six special-teams snaps in New England's 16-10 win over Cincinnati in Week 1.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Sees action on special teams

Hasty logged six special-teams snaps in the Patriots' 16-10 season-opening win over the Bengals on Sunday. Though Hasty wasn't involved in the Patriots' Week 1 offensive game plan, he did return one kick for 27 yards in the contest. At this stage, Hasty is clearly behind Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson in the team's backfield pecking order, though if injuries hit down the road, he could move into a change-of-pace role.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Pushing for roster spot

Hasty is making a push to secure a spot in the Patriots' backfield ahead of Week 1, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. While Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson are roster locks, Hasty and Kevin Harris could be competing for the team's No. 3 RB role. It's possible that the Patriots end up keeping four backs on their initial 53-man roster, but either way, the 5-foot-8, 205-pound Hasty remains in contention to secure a depth/change-of-pace role in the team's backfield.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Won't suit up at Buffalo

Hasty (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game at Buffalo. The Patriots will enter Sunday's matchup against the Bills with just two healthy running backs: Ezekiel Elliott and Kevin Harris. Hasty has played exclusively on special teams over the last two weeks, so New England will have to try to find a way to replace his production in that phase.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Could be active in Week 14

Hasty may be asked to appear in Thursday's matchup with the Steelers, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official website reports. Hasty was a healthy scratch in Week 13 against the Chargers after he signed with the team earlier in the week, but he could be asked to play versus Pittsburgh after Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) was officially ruled out for the contest Wednesday. Hasty appeared in three games with Jacksonville before the team let him go Nov. 11 and he failed to garner a carry while playing six offensive snaps.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Healthy inactive

Hasty (coach's decision) will not play in Sunday's matchup with the Giants. Hasty will be a healthy scratch in his first game with the Patriots since being claimed off waivers from the Jaguars. This is not surprising, as Rhamondre Stevenson, Ezekiel Elliott and Ty Montgomery are all healthy. Hasty's next chance to suit up will come in one week versus the Chargers.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Won't play Sunday

Hasty (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Colts. Hasty played 15 snaps over the last two games, six on offense and nine on special teams. He did not record a stat in either contest and will be a healthy scratch for Week 6.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Inactive Week 1

Hasty (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts, John Shipley of SI.com reports. Hasty served as Jacksonville's No. 2 running back for most of the 2022 campaign and totaled 320 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns on 66 touches, but he's No. 4 on the depth chart to begin 2023. Rookie third-round pick Tank Bigsby and free-agent signing D'Ernest Johnson will serve as the secondary and tertiary options, respectively, to starting tailback Travis Etienne in the season opener at Indianapolis.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Four touches Week 15

Hasty carried three times for 10 yards and caught one of three targets for 11 yards during Thursday's 19-3 win over the Jets. Hasty played 25 percent of the Jaguars' offensive snaps as he continues to operate as Jacksonville's No. 2 tailback. Snoop Conner also received two carries Thursday, though he played only six offensive snaps.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Two touches in OT win

Hasty had one carry for 13 yards and caught his lone target for two yards during Sunday's 40-34 overtime win over the Cowboys. Hasty played 23 percent of the offensive snaps but was minimally involved in the offense. The 26-year-old will continue to work as Jacksonville's No. 2 tailback while Travis Etienne is in good health.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Week 13 Waiver Priority List

It sounds like Travis Etienne (foot) is expected to be fine for Week 13 at Detroit, but just in case he suffers a setback in practice, it's not a bad idea to add and stash Hasty. He stepped up for Etienne in Week 12 against Baltimore with 12 carries for 28 yards, along with five catches for 67 yards and a touchdown on five targets, and he would be at least a flex if Etienne were out. We'll see what happens with Darrell Henderson as well, but Hasty seems locked in as the handcuff to Etienne for now. Hasty is worth up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Seven touches sans Robinson

Hasty rushed four times for 13 yards, caught three of four targets for minus-three yards and returned one kickoff for 29 yards during Sunday's 21-17 loss to Denver. The 26-year-old served as the Jaguars' No. 2 tailback with James Robinson traded to the Jets after Week 7, but he found minimal room to run despite a season-high seven touches. Etienne ran all over Denver with 162 scrimmage yards on 27 touches and should continue to dominate Jacksonville's backfield work. Hasty likely won't find any fantasy relevance as long as Etienne remains healthy.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Works in return game

Hasty rushed once for six yards and returned three kickoffs for 68 yards during Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Giants. The 26-year-old filled in as Jacksonville's kick returner with Jamal Agnew (knee) unavailable and saw four offensive snaps. Hasty played a minimal offensive role despite James Robinson (knee) being limited by an injury, as Travis Etienne dominated the backfield work Sunday. Hasty could see more action if Robinson is forced to miss any time, but he shouldn't be expected to take on a significant workload.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Posts 61-yard TD

Hasty rushed three times for 57 yards and a touchdown but wasn't targeted in Sunday's 34-27 loss to the Colts. Hasty did all of his damage on a 61-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. His touches will remain limited as long as James Robinson and Travis Etienne are healthy.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Catches two passes

Hasty caught both his targets for 22 yards during Sunday's 29-21 loss to the Eagles. Hasty played only three offensive snaps Sunday but was targeted on two of those plays, and he delivered gains of 15 and seven yards. The receptions marked the 26-year-old's first two touches of the season, though he also garnered a target Week 3. Hasty remains a distant third on the depth chart behind James Robinson and Travis Etienne.

  • Jaguars' JaMycal Hasty: Claimed by Jacksonville

The Jaguars claimed Hasty off waivers from the 49ers on Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Hasty served as a third-down back for San Francisco a year ago, catching 23 passes for 157 yards, but didn't make the team's initial 53-man roster in 2022. However, he quickly found a new home in Jacksonville and will compete for a backup role with Snoop Conner behind Travis Etienne and James Robinson.
