Jenkins (undisclosed) was waived by the Giants from injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, per the NFL's official transactions report.
Jenkins landed on IR earlier this month due to an undisclosed injury. The product of the league's International Player Pathway program will now be free to search for a role with another club when fully healthy.

Giants' Alex Jenkins: Reverts to IR
Jenkins (undisclosed) cleared waivers Sunday and reverted to New York's injured reserve, per the NFL communication's official transaction log.
Jenkins had been waived/injured Saturday, and now won't count against the Giants' roster limit. A product of the league's International Player Pathway program, Jenkins will spend the rest of the season on IR barring an injury settlement.

Giants' Alex Jenkins: Latches on with Giants
Jenkins signed an undisclosed contract with the Giants on Sunday.
Jenkins originally came into the league with the Saints, but was cut by the team before the 2018 season. The Incarnate Word product will have a chance to make the roster after having spent a year in the NFL already through the league's International Player Pathway program.
