Kameron Kelly: Waived by Pittsburgh
Kelly was waived by the Steelers on Friday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Kelly was arrested early Friday morning and will now be exposed to the waiver wire before becoming a free agent. The 23-year-old saw a decent share of defensive snaps early in the season, but he exclusively played special teams since the Week 7 bye. Marcus Allen was signed in a corresponding move.

Steelers' Kameron Kelly: First career interception
Kelly totaled two tackles (both solo) and an interception in Sunday's 26-23 overtime loss to the Ravens.
Playing in just his fifth game, the rookie defensive back grabbed a Lamar Jackson pass intended for Mark Andrews deep in Baltimore territory, but the struggling Pittsburgh offense lost seven yards on four plays and had to settle for a Chris Boswell field goal. After playing every defensive snap in Week 1, Kelly has seen a dramatic decrease in playing time since Minkah Fitzpatrick was acquired from the Dolphins in exchange for a 2020 first-round pick.

Steelers' Kameron Kelly: Likely to start Sunday
Kelly is expected to start at free safety for Sunday's game versus the Patriots, The Athletic reports.
With Sean Davis (ankle) listed as doubtful, the Steelers are preparing to deploy Kelly at free safety. Kelly most recently played football for the American Alliance of Football (AAF), catching the eye of the Steelers and signing in April. The 23-year-old made the team after the preseason, and now he'll show what he's made of in a prime time season opener.
