Keaontay Ingram: Heads to Kansas City
The Chiefs signed Ingram to their practice squad Thursday, Pete Sweeney of ArrowheadPride.com reports.
The second-year running back out of USC has already found a new home after the Cardinals waived him just two days ago. Ingram saw an increased workload in Arizona while James Conner was on injured reserve, appearing in eight games and logging 100 yards from scrimmage on 39 touches. If Jerick McKinnon (groin) is unable to suit up this weekend, Ingram has a chance at being elevated to the Chiefs' active roster.

Keaontay Ingram: Cut loose by Arizona
Arizona waived Ingram on Tuesday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
After claiming Michael Carter off waivers from the Jets and getting James Conner and Emari Demercado back from injuries in recent weeks, the Cardinals didn't have much of a need to keep Ingram around as a fourth running back. Before he was a healthy inactive for the Cardinals' Week 12 loss to the Rams, Ingram appeared in eight games and mustered just 74 yards on 35 carries (2.1 average) to go with four receptions for 26 yards.

Cardinals' Keaontay Ingram: Healthy scratch Sunday
Ingram (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Sunday versus the Rams, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Ingram's workload has been yanked around from week to week, and now that Emari Demercado (toe) is back from a three-game absence, the former will be the odd man out in the Cardinals backfield. James Conner will continue to be the team's lead runner, but Demercado and Michael Carter are the available running backs behind him.

Cardinals' Keaontay Ingram: No snaps in Week 11
Ingram was active but didn't play in Sunday's 31-26 loss in Houston.
With fellow running back Emari Demercado (toe) still sidelined Sunday, James Conner paced the Cardinals backfield with 16 touches and 42 of 61 offensive snaps. Aside from Conner, Tony Jones handled two touches and 16 snaps on offense, while newcomer Michael Carter was a healthy scratch. Since receiving a season-high 12 touches in Week 6, Ingram has 14 combined over the last five games. Considering his recent usage, Ingram appears to be on the outside looking in for any sort of meaningful role in Arizona's offense.

Cardinals' Keaontay Ingram: Gets two carries in Week 10
Ingram tallied two carries for two yards during Sunday's 25-23 win against the Falcons.
The Cardinals rode James Conner out of the backfield in his first action since Week 5, as he turned 41 offensive snaps into 16 carries for 73 yards. Meanwhile, Ingram got 14 snaps, and fellow reserve running back Tony Jones recorded seven offensive snaps en route to one carry for 13 yards. With Conner able to handle his typical workhorse role, even Ingram's limited usage will be contingent on when Emari Demercado may be able to return from a toe injury.
