Sinnott failed to capitalize on Okonkwo's absence over the previous two games, recording just one catch for six yards on two targets over that span. If Sinnott suits up Sunday against the Colts, most of his contributions will come as a blocker.

Okonkwo was estimated to be a limited participant at Wednesday's walk-through, and his status remained unchanged the following day. The offseason acquisition hurt his hamstring in his Commanders debut and hasn't suited up since, but Okonkwo has a chance to return for Sunday's game against the Colts in London. Once cleared for action, Okonkwo figures to reclaim his spot atop the tight end depth chart.

Daniels (elbow) remained limited at practice Thursday, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Daniels has been limited both Wednesday and Thursday as the Commanders prepare to face the Colts in London on Sunday. The 2024 second overall pick said he believes he will be able to play through the injury to his non-throwing elbow while wearing a brace, though surgery could be an option after the season. Marcus Mariota, who led the Commanders to a Week 3 upset win over the Seahawks in Daniels' absence, remains in the mix to start against the Colts as well.

Commanders' Rachaad White: Remains sidelined Thursday
White (shoulder) isn't practicing again Thursday, Tashan Reed of The Washington Post reports.
White is sitting out a second consecutive practice ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Colts in London, which will kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET. If White is unable to suit up, the recently signed Austin Ekeler could slot in for passing-down work in a Commanders backfield that also includes Jacory Croskey-Merritt and Kaytron Allen.

Commanders' Sonny Styles: Logs interception in close win
Styles recorded five tackles (four solo) and two passes defensed, including one interception, as well as a forced fumble in the Commanders' 33-31 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.
Styles and fellow linebacker Kain Medrano combine for two interceptions in Sunday's contest. Styles caught the first pick in the third quarter, intercepting Sam Darnold on first down at the Seahawks' 43-yard line. The linebacker also played all 67 defensive snaps for the Commanders in the close win.

Commanders' Kain Medrano: Scores touchdown in close win
Medrano logged five tackles (three solo) and one pass defensed for a 50-yard pick-six in the Commanders' 33-31 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.
Medrano intercepted Sam Darnold late in the fourth quarter, taking the pick 50 yards to the house to extend the Commanders' three-point lead to 10 points with 3:57 left to play. The linebacker's heroics all but secured the win. Medrano was starting due to the absence of Frankie Luvu (groin).

Sinnott played 34 offensive snaps in the upset win over the Seahawks in Week 3, and now his status is in some question heading into the Commanders' matchup with the Colts in London on Sunday. While Sinnott earned a limited designation Washington, the Commanders merely held a walkthrough. Sinnott's status will particularly bear monitoring the rest of the week, as Chig Okonkwo (hamstring) remains questionable after missing the last two games.

The veteran traveled with the team to London but still has some hurdles to clear before he returns to the field. Okonkwo has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since the season opener. It's worth noting that Wednesday's practice was a walkthrough, so this report was only an estimation. Commanders' Jayden Daniels: To be limited in return to practice
Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said that Daniels (elbow) will be a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
After arriving in London ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts, the Commanders are holding more of a jog-through session Wednesday, but Quinn noted that Daniels would be limited if the team had a traditional practice. Even a limited showing still amounts to progress for Daniels, who hadn't practiced in any fashion since sustaining a dislocated left elbow in a Sept. 20 loss to the Cowboys. Quinn hasn't closed the door on Daniels potentially suiting up for Sunday's contest, with the coach noting that he wants to see how the quarterback looks in practice over the next three days before settling on a Week 4 starter, per Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic. Quinn also confirmed that whenever Daniels returns to action, the 25-year-old will wear a brace on his left elbow for added protection for the rest of the season, according to Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site.

Commanders' Rachaad White: Sitting out practice Wednesday
Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said that White (shoulder) won't participate in Wednesday's practice, Tashan Reed of The Washington Post reports.
White injured his shoulder late in the first half of Sunday's win over Seattle, but he was able to check back into the game in the third quarter and finished the day with eight carries for 35 yards and a six-yard touchdown reception. The running back is apparently still hurting a few days after the Week 3 contest and will receive treatment Wednesday, so his practice activity will warrant tracking the next two days to see if his shoulder issue affects his availability for Sunday's game against the Colts in London.
