Sonic: Good commercials, not the greatest food. But what it lacks in refined culinary taste, the local drive-in in Lafayette, La., more than makes up for in school spirit, courtesy of a hamburger bun adorned with the official logo of the Lousiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns.

It only looks like a sticker: In fact, it's food coloring – the logo is the bun – which makes it a kind of work of art, while also allowing patrons to literally devour their love for the Cajuns, 1,200 calories at a time. We think you'll agree, it's the best cartoon stencil of a fleur de lis descending into a lake of fire you'll ever taste.

The photo was tweeted out on Monday by the Lafayette athletic department's official Twitter account, and is presumably sanctioned by the school, lest the restaurant be overrun by a regiment of university trademark lawyers. Earlier this week, the University of Alabama informed a local bakery in Tuscaloosa that it must cease and desist decorating cookies with a crimson 'A,' a clear violation of the university's trademark for illicit profits and deliciousness. (Why should the university allow a local business to make a few bucks off its intellectual property when behemoth national corporations are lining up with suitcases full of cash for the privilege of putting its logo on Pop-Tarts, or floral arrangements, or whatever? What do you think they're running here, some kind of nonprofit?) Alabama quickly backpedalled in the face of negative press, offering an apology and promising to work with the owner of the bakery "to resolve this issue quickly and amicably so that she can continue to produce pastries that bear the university's marks."

For now, the Ragin' Cajun burger at the Lafayette, La., remains in good standing. Up next: Officially licensed LSU sausages at Ronnie's Boudin and Cracklin House.
