Vernon Adams can't join the Ducks until he passes a math class
Vernon Adams is transferring to Oregon from Eastern Washington, but before he can play he needs to pass a math class.

Vernon Adams announced he was transferring from Eastern Washington to Oregon where he planned to step into the large, empty shoes of Heisman winner Marcus Mariota, but before he can do that, he has some business to tend to. Or math, as the case may be.
The Oregonian reports that although Adams has already graduated from Eastern Washington, before he can enroll at Oregon and join the quarterback competition, he needs to pass "two more tests" for a math class and file the proper paperwork to finalize his interdisciplinary studies degree.
"I'm excited to get cleared and get everything done and done the right way and I'm just excited to be here and to be a Duck," Adams told The Oregonian. "I've got to finish up a couple more things and I'll be good."
And fear not, Ducks fans, when he was asked whether or not he was nervous about the math class causing any problems before he joins the Ducks, Adams said "no, I'm not."
Adams also said that after he completes the math class he expects to enroll at Oregon within the next two weeks, which means he'll then have something new to study.
The Oregon playbook.
