Vieaux signed a minor-league contract with the Angels on Saturday.
He elected free agency in October after the Pirates outrighted him off the 40-man roster twice. Vieaux, a 29-year-old lefty, had success as a reliever at Triple-A (3.06 ERA) but gave up 10 earned runs in 8.2 innings across eight MLB appearances in 2022.
