Trout underwent surgery to repair the meniscus in his left knee Friday, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
The three-time American League MVP suffered the injury Monday against the Phillies, and there wasn't much of a delay before he went under the knife. Trout remains without an official timeline for his return, but he'll rehab in Anaheim for the foreseeable future.
