Blue Jays' Darrell Ceciliani: Expected to need 2-3 weeks on disabled list

Ceciliani bashed a double and a homer in his brief time up with the Blue Jays. His power is enticing, but his minor league numbers are underwhelming. As such, there's no guarantee the 27-year-old will have a job waiting for him upon his return.
