Rivero (shoulder) has no signs of structural damage in his shoulder and was cleared to continue throwing Saturday, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.
The shoulder injury was never expected to be anything serious, but Rivero still hasn't been given a timetable for a return. It appears he'll just need some rest before he is ready to return, but the righty remains day-to-day until the team specifies otherwise. The 29-year-old posted a 2.13 ERA with 105 strikeouts in 67.2 innings with Triple-A Iowa last season.
