Kickham was outrighted to Triple-A Oklahoma City after clearing waivers Thursday, Eric Stephen of SBNation.com reports.
Los Angeles booted Kickham off its 40-man roster earlier this week to open up a spot for Phil Bickford, whom the club claimed off waivers from Milwaukee. Kickham will slot into the rotation at Oklahoma City, with his first start for the affiliate coming Saturday in Round Rock.
