Corbin (6-13) earned the win against the Marlins on Saturday, allowing one run on three hits and one walk with six strikeouts over six innings.
Corbin tossed three 1-2-3 innings and allowed just one extra-base hit while generating 11 whiffs on 94 pitches. While he endured a seven-run disaster last Sunday, the southpaw has yielded two earned runs or fewer in four of his past five outings with three quality starts. On the season, he owns a 5.45 ERA, 1.49 WHIP and 132:52 K:BB across 165 innings and lines up to face the Cubs next week.
