Taylor was removed from Sunday's game against the Tigers after being hit by a pitch in the head, Bobby Nightengale of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Taylor was struck in the head by an 84-mph curveball but was able to walk off the field under his own power. The veteran outfielder is likely being evaluated for a concussion and should be considered day-to-day.
