Bader (ribs) is available off the bench Friday, Chris Kirschner of The Athletic reports.
Bader is not in the Yankees' lineup after taking a pitch to the ribs in Wednesday's loss to the Angels. However, the outfielder is feeling better and is available to come in mid-game, if needed. He could be back in the starting lineup Saturday.
