Smith went 1-for-2 with two RBI in Monday's 4-3 win over the Phillies in Game 2 of the National League Division Series.

Smith came off the bench for a second straight game as he continues to ramp back up from a fractured right hand. He came through with a clutch two-out base knock in the top of the seventh inning, driving home a pair to increase his team's lead to three. This may be the final game in which Smith is deployed off the bench, as Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reported earlier in the day that the backstop is trending toward a start in Game 3.

Luzardo was saddled with the loss in Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Dodgers on Monday after allowing two runs on three hits and one walk while striking out five across six innings.

Luzardo dealt with traffic in the first inning, surrendering a hit and a walk, but he managed to escape without giving up a run. He would proceed to fire four perfect innings, striking out four along the way. Luzardo again found trouble in the top of the seventh, giving up a pair of base knocks before being lifted from the game. Both of those runners would score later in the inning, holding Luzardo accountable for the loss. The southpaw is unlikely to be available for a start until Game 5, though it's possible he could eat an inning later in the week in LA.

Suarez (thigh) will follow starter Aaron Nola in Game 3 of the National League Division Series against the Dodgers on Wednesday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Suarez hasn't pitched since his last start of the regular season Sept. 27 against the Twins, when he exited after being struck by a comebacker. Nola will be tasked with starting Wednesday's matchup, but considering the Phillies are facing elimination, Suarez could be called on at any time.

Nola will start Game 3 of the National League Division Series against the Dodgers on Wednesday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Nola will more than likely be on a short leash considering Wednesday's matchup is a must-win for the Phillies. The right-hander managed to end the regular season on a high note, last appearing Sept. 26, when he allowed only one run on two hits while fanning nine across eight innings. Ranger Suarez (thigh) will follow Nola on Wednesday, per Gelb.

Snell secured the win in Monday's Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Phillies by allowing one hit and four walks while striking out nine over six scoreless innings.

Snell had his stuff working early and often during Monday's start, carrying a no-hit bid into the bottom of the fifth inning. He dealt with some traffic in the sixth after allowing a pair of walks, but the southpaw wiggled off the hook by inducing a strikeout and groundout. Snell has been nothing short of electric in two postseason appearances, surrendering two runs on five hits and five walks while striking out 18 across 13.0 frames.

Sasaki recorded a one-out save in Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Phillies on Monday.

Sasaki tallied a traditional save in Saturday's Game 1, but skipper Dave Roberts called on the right-hander with two outs in the bottom of the ninth Monday with runners on first and third in a one-run game. Sasaki needed only two pitches to retire Trea Turner, inducing a grounder to second baseman Tommy Edman to record the final out of the matchup. Sasaki could very well be in position to handle closing duties moving forward after Blake Treinen was rocked for two runs on three hits while failing to record an out Monday.

Turner will start at first base and bat leadoff Monday in Game 2 of the NLDS in Milwaukee, Meghan Montemurro of the Chicago Tribune reports.

The right-handed-hitting Turner is expected to get one plate appearance against lefty opener Aaron Ashby before being replaced by the left-handed-swinging Michael Busch. Turner slashed .219/.288/.314 in 80 games for the Cubs this season and will be making his first appearance this postseason.

Busch is not in the lineup Monday for Game 2 of the NLDS against the Brewers, Meghan Montemurro of the Chicago Tribune reports.

The Brewers are starting a left-handed opener in Aaron Ashby, so the Cubs are going with the right-handed-hitting Justin Turner at first base and in the leadoff spot. Per Montemurro, Busch is likely to replace Turner after the latter receives one plate appearance and the Brewers bring a right-hander into the game. Busch has homered in each of his last two postseason contests.

Chourio (hamstring) will start in left field and bat leadoff Monday in Game 2 of the NLDS against the Cubs, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Chourio had to depart Game 1 on Saturday in the second inning due to right hamstring tightness. It's the same hamstring he strained earlier this season that kept him out of commission for a month, but an MRI came back inconclusive this time around and he's been cleared to play Monday. Before exiting Game 1, Chourio had gone 3-for-3 at the plate.

Kemp will start in left field and bat ninth Monday in Game 2 of the NLDS versus the Dodgers.

With Harrison Bader (groin) out of the lineup, Brandon Marsh will shift to center field and Kemp will enter the fray in left field. It will be the postseason debut for Kemp, who slashed .234/.298/.411 with eight home runs in 62 regular-season contests for the Phillies.
