76ers' Matisse Thybulle: Out at least a week

Thybulle will miss at least a week with a strained right shoulder, Tim Bontemps of ESPN reports.

Thybulle sustained the injury after taking a hard fall during Friday's game against Boston, and the Sixers are preparing to be without the defensive specialist for at least the next four games. He'll be evaluated early next week, at which point a clearer timetable should be available.
